Rooftop Silent Reading
What began at our centennial anniversary continues with ongoing literary events hosted by Christopher Frizzelle

The Silent Reading Party makes for a romantic date, a fun solo activity in the city, or a group outing with friends that makes you feel like you've been transported back in time.
For the summer of 2025, we're trying something new — throwing the party up on the roof! There is limited seating available outside on the deck outside the Penthouse, as well as seating inside within the Penthouse.
Bring whatever you feel like reading and read it — silently, to yourself — while Paul Matthew Moore performs live on piano and the sun sets behind the skyline of downtown Seattle.
Note:
- You must be 21+ to attend this party, as it takes place in a room with a bar.
- There is a $25 food or drink minimum per person, which is not included in the reservation fee.
