Autumn Equinox Brunch & Sound Bath with Andrea Steele

Join Andrea Steele for a morning of reflection, restoration, and connection as we honor the turning of the season together.

Begin with a deeply restful somatic sound journey—an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your inner landscape. Using crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments, this immersive experience gently encourages your nervous system to settle and your inner wisdom to rise. Rooted in the Greek word "soma", meaning “the living body,” this practice supports embodied awareness and a deeper connection between body, mind, and heart.
After the sound bath, we’ll gather in community for a cozy, nourishing brunch—allowing time to integrate, reflect, and simply be.

September 21st | 10 AM - 12:30 PM

What to Bring:
A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
A blanket, pillow, or eye cover to help you feel cozy and supported
If you need a chair for accessibility or additional support, I’d be honored to accommodate you. My intention is for everyone to feel comfortable and cared for.

Water will be provided but you may still want to bring your own water bottle.

How to prepare:
Please avoid caffeine, alcohol, and sugary drinks, as they can dehydrate the body. Staying well-hydrated allows sound and vibration to travel more effectively through your system.
Enjoy a light breakfast, and try to finish eating about 1.5 to 2 hours before we begin. This gives your body time to digest and supports a deeper sense of rest and stillness.
Dress in cozy, comfortable layers.

Giving Back:
5% of all profits from this event will be donated to the Washington Immigrant Solidarity Network (WAISN), the largest immigrant justice network in Washington State. WAISN is a queer and transgender-founded and led nonprofit that builds power through transnational, intersectional, and immigrant-led organizing. Their mission is to protect and advance the rights of immigrant and refugee communities through multifaith, multiracial, multilingual, and intergenerational solidarity.

As a heartfelt thank you, each participant will also receive a thoughtfully curated goodie bag to support your continued rest, reflection, and integration after the event.
