The party takes place on the 7th floor of the Sorrento, in the swanky Penthouse and adjacent Top of the Town ballroom. When the Sorrento first opened in 1909, the windows in Top of the Town offered the highest lookout in the city.

The outdoor Penthouse terrace will be the VIP area.

This party is named after Gertrude Stein, the modernist writer who hosted a salon in her apartment in Paris in the 1920s that brought together artists and writers like Hemingway and Picasso.

 

General Admission ($75):

  • 7pm reception in The Penthouse with appetizers, wine, and dessert.
